Tacoma Power is seeking to fill a newly created position to manage its energy conservation evaluation and market research projects. Position responsibilities include planning, analyzing, interpreting, preparing and presenting quantitative, economic, and business analyses and reports to substantiate evaluations in support of department programs and planning activities. Other duties include developing evaluation protocols and data quality standards; managing complex projects and analyses related to program design, development, and end-use data collection. |

| Qualifications: | |
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, social sciences, engineering, mathematics, or related field and four years’ increasingly responsible experience managing energy conservation and market research projects. Course concentration in evaluation or performance measurement and knowledge of utilities, energy efficiency issues and/or residential/commercial/industrial facilities is highly desired. A Master’s degree and/or IPMVP Certification is/are preferred. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Valid Washington State driver’s license at time of appointment with maintenance thereafter or evidence of equivalent mobility. |
